Job Descriptions
Installer
As a Gutter Installer, you’ll work as part of a crew to install and maintain gutter systems on residential and commercial properties. This includes removing old gutters, measuring and cutting materials, securing new gutters, and cleaning up the job site. You may also assist with siding, soffit, fascia, and wood repair work as needed. No prior experience is required — training is provided. Applicants should be comfortable working outdoors, on ladders, and as part of a team.
Team Leader
As a Team Leader, you’ll oversee a small crew performing gutter installation and maintenance projects. This includes organizing daily tasks, ensuring quality workmanship, communicating with customers, and assisting with hands-on installation. You may also coordinate related work such as siding, soffit, fascia, and wood repairs. Prior experience in construction or gutter installation is preferred but not required. Applicants should have strong communication skills, a good work ethic, and the ability to lead by example.
